Our Policies

We do not accept physical returns. If your Warrior Bed fails to live up to your expectations within 91 days, please contact customer service at 1-800-779-7147 or sales@warriorbed.com and we will provide additional instructions and issue a refund upon completion of our Return For Good process. Simply donate your mattress to a local shelter or charity of your choice (many of them will work with you to arrange pickup) and request a gift receipt from that charity. Returns (donations) are required to be un-damaged with no physical wear. Email a copy of your gift receipt along with your proof of purchase to help@warriorbed.com so we can process your return.

The return policy is designed to protect your purchase decision and protect our reputation of quality and customer satisfaction. Since Warrior Bed does not recuperate any costs associated with returns, we simply ask that you give preference to charities that serve U.S. Military Veterans when possible.
