Our Product

Our amazing memory foam mattress is proudly Made in USA and shipped directly to your door. We take pride in our manufacturing process and we love sharing our story. There a numerous advantages to purchasing a 100% Made in USA mattress, but the primary advantage is quality.

CertiPUR-USWe use only premium quality raw materials to create the individual layers of our mattress, starting with CertiPUR-US® foam and memory gel. The foam is poured, cured, and then precision cut to exact specifications for each size bed. After cutting, the layers of foam are then fused together to create the "body" of the mattress. Our premium, plush fabric covers are cut and sewn right here in our facility, (not imported) and then the cover is carefully placed over the layers of foam to create a finished mattress.

We inspect, compress, and roll your mattress within hours of receiving your order, so that your bed will have been compressed for a minimal amount of time when you receive it. Many of our competitors warehouse their mattresses already compressed and rolled for shipping. Sometimes this can be a short period of time (weeks), but for some companies the bed may be packed and compressed for extended periods of time. This is especially true for imported goods where a shipping container may take months to reach our shores. When foam is compressed for long periods of time it may affect its ability to "spring back" or it may affect the longevity and comfort of the mattress.
