Your mattress is compressed, rolled, and sealed after you place your order – usually within a few hours. The box is sealed, labeled and ready for shipment by the following business day. Our carrier is notified and your bed is on its way to your home! It will usually arrive within 3-5 days of placing the order, depending on shipping zone.

Shipping costs are included when you purchase any Warrior Bed.

Yes, your Warrior Bed is guaranteed under our 10 year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and / or workmanship. If at any time during the warranty period your mattress such a defect should cause your product to malfunction, you will be eligible for a replacement. Please send an email to help@warriorbed.com if you have a warranty claim. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and may only be made by the original purchaser of the mattress.

Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, we want you to fall in love with your Warrior Bed the minute you lie down on it. However, if you are not satisfied with the product after sleeping on it for 90 nights, we will issue a refund. We do not accept physical returns, so to receive a refund on a product you must first email our customer service department at help@warriorbed.com with your date of purchase, an email receipt, and reason for your dissatisfaction. Once your return authorization has been processed, we will help you to identify a local shelter or charity that will accept your mattress as a donation. Simply donate the undamaged mattress, request a gift receipt from the local charitable organization, and send a copy of the receipt to us for a full refund.

Your mattress is shipped using a standard freight carrier who will deliver the box to your door, but is under no obligation to carry it inside for you or assist with setup. Other companies may offer a "white glove" delivery and setup service, but it very likely comes at a high cost, as the cost of such a service is built into the price of the mattress; you could be paying double what the actual product is worth. However, the compact box that your mattress ships in is usually easily maneuverable by one or two people, even when navigating obstacles such as a staircase. The Warrior is ready to lay on within minutes of cutting away the protective vacuum seal. There will be a few creases left in the fabric cover from shipping, but within about two hours it should be completely free of creases.

Foam mattresses need a rigid support underneath. You have to put the mattress on something. The floor is fine, a boxspring is fine, a solid foundation is fine, a platform bed in which the slats are close enough together is fine, and an adjustable base is fine.
